For every new product or project, we strive to thoroughly understand its application. We discuss your requirements and wishes. Together with you, we explore how the product can be made smarter or more efficient. The Total Cost of Manufacturing (TCM) is the guiding principle. This allows us to provide a clear and transparent quote. Once approved, expectations are clear, and we proceed with production.
For serially recurring products, modules, or machines, we look for the optimal batch size. Together, we discuss logistical options to optimize the production run. We do this to reduce TCM where possible. This is also possible with finished products if you want to ensure short-term on-demand availability.
Once technical and logistical agreements are clear, work preparation begins after the order is placed, and an optimal routing through the factory is determined. We do this based on our extensive production expertise and in collaboration with our trusted partners.
The project will be put into production according to the agreed-upon specifications. We are proud of our craftsmanship and therefore invite our clients to observe the production process, which takes place at our factory in Cuijk. For specialized post-processing, we work with established partners. Any external certification body will verify compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
We start with final assembly, after which everything is carefully tested and prepared for delivery and installation. Upon commissioning, we inspect the final product using a checklist. We also ensure a safe and efficient logistics solution with warehousing and transport.

Kepser collaborates with us from production to packaging and from transport to implementation and use. Down to the last detail: we fully document welding processes, for example.

We work with confirmed orders within one to three months, and for the following quarters, we map out the expected demand.
