A Dutch technology company active in defense approached us for high-quality welded assemblies made of stainless steel and steel for maritime applications. These were mechanical components for a critical supply system at sea. High loads, salty conditions, and strict defense specifications required precise dimensions, corrosion-resistant materials, and full traceability.
Solution
Controlled production under strict defense specifications
During the production of the components, we took into account the high forces encountered during supply operations at sea, as well as the influence of salt, moisture, and temperature fluctuations. We selected high-quality materials and ensured tolerances and surface quality through controlled machining. All components were delivered with complete documentation and quality records in accordance with applicable defense standards, in close coordination with the client's engineers. To prevent deviations during assembly and commissioning, we discussed and implemented optimizations at an early stage.
