An innovative Dutch hydrogen technology company was looking for a reliable production partner. This client plays an active role in the energy transition using hydrogen as a clean fuel. The request: develop and produce pressure vessels that meet all applicable standards, are resistant to hydrogen embrittlement, and are fully traceable in materials and production.
Solution
Production according to PED with a focus on materials, welding and documentation
The pressure vessels were manufactured in accordance with specifications and the applicable Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). During the engineering phase, we carefully considered material selection, weld quality, and structural strength. During production, Kepser applied certified welding procedures, followed by non-destructive testing and pressure testing. All material certificates and reports are compiled into a comprehensive technical file. Through close coordination with the client's engineers, we efficiently organized the production process and were able to address technical issues in a timely manner.
